My education has helped me build up knowledge and wisdom that aligns perfectly with helping women through the transitions and transformations that womanhood and motherhood bring to the table.

  • Through an initial call or in-person consultation and assessments throughout your experience, I’ll get to know you, your values and desires, and what you’re hoping to achieve through working with me. We will work together to make a plan you feel excited about and confident in your ability to implement. You won’t be just another number to me.

  • We will create a plan that helps you work towards your goals. Whether you are needing a set of gym workouts, movements to help you rehabilitate your body after having a baby, cardio, or just the help in scheduling the workouts you already want to do, your plan will be unique to you. It will include each component you need personally, and will be set up so you can see progress and data over each 4-6 week period.

    Your movement plan will include exercises and instruction that are specific to your stage of life. If you are pregnant, you can rest assured that your movement plan will support your body and be safe and supportive to carrying a baby and preparing for labor. If you are postpartum, we will work through recovering, rehabilitating, and re-strengthening your body so you can do the things you love. My extensive education in training women throughout the lifespan and individualizing training will feel refreshing if you’ve always done one size fits all exercise!

  • A great movement plan needs recovery, sleep, and nutrition to support it. I compassionately coach you by addressing your needs in these areas and helping you successfully implement simple habits in any areas we deem necessary together. You won’t be overwhelmed-you’ll be supported every step of the way. You’ll be able to contact me for form checks, questions, and check ins and I’ll make sure I gather any needed information through assessments, your recorded data, and more as we go through the process.

  • By working with me as your coach, you’ll be treated with compassion as well as encouraged to grow. Your autonomy and choices will be respected, and as we work together, I’m confident you will see positive change. It will take time and dedicated work on your end, and I’ll be here to help you choose your next steps towards your goals. You may surprise yourself with how much progress you see in the simplicity! And, I bet you’ll even enjoy the journey along the way.

    This is a good time to remind you I do things a little differently over here. Instead of focusing solely on numbers (i.e. weight + measurements) we explore what data might be valuable in relation to YOUR personal values and personality.

  • You will receive access to worksheets, trainings, courses or mini courses, educational videos or other resources that are relevant to you and your goals!

    • In a new phase of life, it can feel like the ground is shifting beneath you. Receive specialized support in creating a vision for this phase, whether you are beginning perimenopause, or years post-menopause

    • Learn how to support your body through various symptoms and changes

    • Unique focus on maintaining and improving health as well as preventing or supporting common concerns with aging

    • Compassionate focus on body image and self-care, especially helpful if you’ve spent the past few decades giving and caring for others.

  • The cost for coaching ranges from $120-200 per month dependent on the length of time you would like to work with me.

    I have payment plans, HSA/FSA payment options and scholarships/discounts available for every situation. If you are seriously committed to working with me, but cannot afford it, please reach out anyway!

    Additional coaching or training sessions (online or in person at my studio) can be added for $30 each or purchased in a package of 12 for $300. Sessions must be used within 12 months.

If a more in-depth coaching program is not quite right for you, but you are looking for a personal trainer or coach, you can just book a session or purchase a package at the following prices:

Sessions can be used in person at my studio or virtually via video or phone call as a traditional training session for a great workout catered to you, or they might be used as a coaching session to create goals or habits, work on nutrition, or create a plan for other areas of your life.

*All sessions must be scheduled upon purchase. Most sessions are 45 minutes, but can be upgraded to 60 minutes for a small fee. Sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase.

Each of my training programs is carefully designed to give you a well-rounded and comprehensive plan to be able to take care of your body and enjoy movement. The programs are delivered to you to complete on your own, but you’ll still have access to me if you have questions! If you’re looking for something more intensive and personal, consider my signature offer!

This program is good for you if you JUST need the workouts laid out for you, but you don’t need ongoing support. You can add on a session if you’d like to have a call or in-person opportunity to get help.

What is a perinatal support specialist? I provide emotional, physical, and educational support throughout the birth and birth preparation process. I do not deliver babies or do any medical advising. I am solely a support and a friend to help you feel seen, heard, and held through the process.

These services can be included for pre and postnatal signature 1:1 clients, but I also offer them separately for those interested just in birth support and education.
